Koinonia Family Life, Inc., was created as a non-for-profit community and economic development corporation, for the purpose of rebuilding and revitalizing communities through education and counseling, new construction, rehabilitation and financing for homeownership, senior housing and rental units.The Koinonia House is the public marketing structure through which Business and community development occurs.It is our Business Development and Community Resource Center. Purpose The mission of the the Koinonia House is to make manifest the Biblical truth of Isaiah 32:18, by way of educating and empowering people to own their own homes and businesses in an effort to rebuild our communities. 1.To provide education and counseling in the areas of: •Money, Credit and Financial management, •Pre-purchase and Pre-approval •Homeownership, Home Maintenance and becoming a Landlord •Post-purchase and Default 2.To provide housing through: •New Construction Developments •Rehabilitation Developments
Business Development & Entrepreneurial Training Services Scripture Foundation: “I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.”(Isaiah 48:17) Mission/Purpose: To provide practical teaching, resources, and a state-of-the-art environment that produces successful Christian entrepreneurs who will create income and employment opportunities for many others. Ministry Description: The Koinonia House offers an array of capabilities that are designed to help entrepreneurs and business professionals grow and prosper.
